We received 20-25cm of lovely snow Thursday night. The groomers (Ryan and Nigel) were out on the equipment Friday and rolled all of the trails. Things have now set up and we are currently getting a bit more snow.
We are happy to report that we will be OPEN on Sunday on both our Yellow & Green ski trails and all snowshoe trails. The base is thin, and with the warmer temperatures forecast, it might be like spring skiing and there isn’t quite enough yet to set tracks, so experience in such conditions will likely be an asset.
With the warmup forecast for Monday, we may need to close to preserve the base; however, we are encouraged by this awesome early winter weather and are hoping for a great ski season!
PLEASE NOTE: In order to avoid disappointment, trail passes are available for sale when we are relatively aware of snow, trail, and weather conditions and we can be open. Typically this is about 3 days in advance. We will post our opening as soon as possible! Please check this trail report page and our local weather before purchasing.
