Outdoor sports equipment is in high demand this year. We are experiencing a supply shortage and a huge surge in demand, and therefore have limited stock. Due to this and the COVID pandemic, we are not hosting a ski swap this year. We had previously indicated that we would try to run the event. Practicing yoga in the outdoors builds neural connections in the brain that enhance and enrich vital emotional regulations skills. Facilitated by Sherry-Lynne Kirschner B.A. B.Ed. This is a four-day course including 2 hour mindfulness sessions with horses. The sessions will help increase focus and concentration, decrease anxiety and stress, improve self regulation skills and self worth, and more. Participants will receive a mindful journal and art supplies to create personal calming kits. There will be a resource guide for families and an on-line mindfulness session for parents.

  Join us this May for a self-guided wildflower walk. Our yellow trail (1km) loop will have signs to help identify and give information on various wildflowers and plants here at Circle R. When: Sunday, May 8, 15, & 22 Timeslots: 10-12pm & 1-3pm There is also a picnic area if you’d like to bring a lunch!
