Sunday Morning Nature Brunch: Mother’s Day Wildflower Walk
May 13 – Come on out and learn about those mysterious plants we call the Spring Ephemerals. Enjoy their beauty and color before the canopy fills in and they disappear.
Guided hike from 10 – 11:30 a.m.
Pancake Buffet Brunch served 11:30 – 12:30
$15 plus tax per person, 7 years and under are free

June 3 – Birding Blitz (9-11:30 hike): Back by popular demand is the Read family to guide us around the diverse habitats of Circle R and introduce the vast range of songbirds who visit us in the spring.
June 17 – Primitive Skills Demo: Come on out to watch a friction fire-starting demonstration, and try your hand at learning some primitive skills. Bone, wood and shell tools will be on display and a short hike will introduce the possibilities of survival using what’s around you.
