Mindfulness with Horses for Teens

This is a four-day course including 2 hour mindfulness sessions with horses. The sessions will help increase focus and concentration, decrease anxiety and stress, improve self regulation skills and self worth, and more. Participants will receive a mindful journal and art supplies to create personal calming kits. There will be a resource guide for families and an on-line mindfulness session for parents.
