With consultation with our local and provincial health units, and with the health and safety of our campers, families, and communities as our most important factor, we have taken the step to cancel our July overnight camp programs.
We are still hopeful that we will be able to operate our August day camp sessions.
Thank you for your support and patience through these unprecedented and challenging times.
Thinking of you all. Stay safe. Stay well.

Below are a few frequently asked questions. Please send us a message if you have any further questions or need any clarification.
What is Circle R’s plan for this summer?
As mentioned above, our scheduled overnight camp programs have been cancelled. We continue to monitor the situation and will assess what programs or activities we may be able to offer later in the summer. We are still hoping to run our August day camps.
Similar to camp planning, we always have a Plan B, C, etc. Our team is devoting our time to planning for all contingencies and we’re ready to adapt as needed. We are thankful to be a part of the Ontario Camps Association to help navigate through these unprecedented times.
What should I do right now if I have registered?
Please rest assured that we guarantee a 100% refund of all funds if requested.
You will receive an email and phone call with details of our de-enrolment process. Please call or email the camp office if we have not connected with you by the end of May.
How can I help support Circle R, to ensure quality programs in the future?
Thanks for asking! Our summer camp season is our main source of revenue. Our horses and other furries need to eat year-round so… we have launched a Horse and Animal Sponsorship Program – click here for more details!
