December 12, 2024 Update: Thank you to everyone who joined us for summer camp 2024! Please stay tuned for 2025 registration dates.
Waitlist and Changing Your Registration
There is no charge to go on the waitlist. Spaces will only become available for waitlisted families if someone cancels or changes their registration. We will not be opening more spaces at camp. If you are waitlisted, we recommend registering for another session you could make it to. Contact us if you need to change your session date. We recommend doing it ASAP as spaces are filling up quickly. As long as there is availability, there is no fee for us to change your registration date.
Eligibility
Children are eligible who are currently in SK to Grade 8. Leadership Camp options are available for Grade 9 and 10 students. Grade 11 and older are eligible to apply for employment opportunities.
Tiered Pricing For Summer Camp Fees
Circle R understands that families have different abilities to pay for the valuable camp experience that we offer. Circle R offers a three-tiered pricing model which allows families to choose the rate most appropriate for them. The pricing option you choose remains confidential and in no way influences the experience your camper receives.
Tier 1: The tier reflects your generosity in covering the true cost of operating our summer camp and helps to subsidize those campers to experience camp who would not otherwise be able to attend.
Tier 2: This is the true cost of providing our summer camp program.
Tier 3: This tier does not cover the full cost of running summer camp, but provides assistance to families in need thanks to the generosity of camper families who are able to choose the Tier 1 option.
Again, the pricing does not influence the quality of camp experience for any camper. Tier 2 is the standard camp fee for 2024 but we hope that the tiered system will allow those who are able to give more to do so and those in need to have better access to Circle R’s amazing camp experience.
Further financial assistance is also available through subsidy programs and bursaries. Please contact the camp director for more information (jeremiah@circlerranch.ca)

- Deposits include a $50 non-refundable administration fee.
- There will be no reduction or refund of camp fees for campers arriving late or leaving early in any session for which they are registered, for any campers removed from camp at the choice or request of the camper or camper’s parent/guardian, or for any campers dismissed from the camp for the contravention of camp guidelines or the Camp Code of Conduct for behaviour.
Discounts:
- Sibling Discount: A discount of $20 for day camp applies automatically to the 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc. child attending camp. This discount only triggers if the campers are registered through the same application.
Payment Methods:
Credit Cards: please note there is a non-refundable 2.8% surcharge.
eChecks: this involves entering your bank information that would be found on a physical cheque or direct deposit form. A direct deposit form can be obtained from your bank or downloaded from your online bank account (you can Google how to find it for your particular bank). Once you enter the information, we only see the last couple of digits so it is very secure.
Cheques: to be dropped off in person (follow signs to “Main Lodge”) or sent by mail (3017 Carriage, Road, Delaware, ON, N0L 1E0).
Money Order: A Postal Money Order is a certified, cashable document guaranteed by Canada Post. It’s a safe way to send money to make bill payments or purchases locally or anywhere in Canada. Money orders are also a great alternative when you don’t want to mail cash. You can see more details here on the Canada Post website. It costs $8.50 (cheaper than the 2.8% credit card surcharge).
