Jeremiah has been working as an outdoor educator at Circle R Ranch for ten years. Six years ago he started running his own Forest School programs for homeschool families, as well as Coyote Mentoring days for kids on weekends. He has training in survival skills, mentoring, leadership and permaculture design. In 2011 he began developing a permaculture Forest Garden which he uses to teach Earth stewardship and Ecology. He loves to sculpt things with his hands, from carving wood and stone to making cordage and primitive tools. He is immensely grateful to have any opportunity to share his passion and knowledge of the land. He is also a writer, musician and father of an 3 year old boy named Sage and a new baby named Rosemary.

Susan is delighted to be working with Nature School. This opportunity brings together two of her great loves. First, is the love of Circle R Ranch, where she has spent her life connecting with the land and its inhabitants (human, plant and creature), and second, is working with people, especially in the outdoors. Susan has spent many years as an educator with TVDSB, working with students of all ages. She can often be found outdoors in all weather, looking deeply into nature. She is grateful to work, learn and share with others through Nature School this spring.

Breckin grew up attending Coyote Mentoring at Circle R Ranch. It was a perfect setting to encourage his love of survival skills, nature and the outdoors. He is currently attending high school and loves learning new skills. He enjoys reading, learning about psychology, and sharing his knowledge with others. You may know him by the nickname “Breakfast”.
